  • This is a multi-use rotary joint series.
  • A pair of ball bearings assures a perfect alignment of seal faces with a low torque value of joint itself even in heavy working conditions.
  • The balanced seal allows to keep the contacting faces under a nearly constant load, independently from the pressure of flow media so reducing the friction and the wear.

  • High pressure one way joints with high rotating speed. 
  • Body and shaft made in carbon steel (in stainless steel for water), balanced seals, double oblique contact bearing to bear pressure load, static seal made of PTFE with bronze, stainless steel spring which leaves passage completely free.

Casting Union

  • The unions of the model CC are specifically designed to be mounted inside the cylinders of the continuous casting line.
  • The seals, in carbide for dirty water service, are balanced, lapped and set to withstand to pressure peaks caused by steam bubbles or bumps of different kind.
  • The springs, located out of the fluid flow, avoid deposits and scales. Do not use unions at max application limits without consulting TURIAN.

For Steam & Hot Oil

  • The rotating joints of HT series are self-supporting with the double support of over dimensioned artificial carbon bearings that are amply spaced for a rigid alignment stationary body-rotor.
  • These bearings (one of them a combined axial-radial bearings) are self-lubricating and highly wear-resistant so that the joints are free of maintenance.
